Scam, lure with attractive car rental prices, then when picking up the car € 192 extra is charged at the Firefly counter, for example for a full tank and € 50 extra 'service costs' for refueling?! + airport tax, 5 lines of fabricated and unavoidable costs.
On top of that, immediately pay a deposit of 1,000.
Firefly/Hertz employees are behind this doyouspain policy. When picking up the fuel gauge is not even at the top and I still had to refuel the car myself.
We get a car with various minor damage, so they have damaged customers € 1000 per time and therefore do not repair the damage.
I had pre-booked a specific car, but then I even got a smaller car, but according to the desk clerk, it fell within the same category.
Scandalous practices, stay away from doyouspain and firefly!
