I can only agree with all bad reviews . Today we had a ''nice'' surprise , we dropped our daughter at the Malaga airport near the firefly desk. By coincidence the carkey of ''Firefly's'' old Hyunday felt apart ,the pin came lose from the plastic part and I was afraid that I could not remove anymore the pin out of the contact ,so I went to the ff desk for another key,at the desk they took the broken key and told me I had to pay 250 euro for a new key (repairing the old one had been costing may be 10 Euro,but they refused to return the broken key to me and explained me how to use a carkey,very intersting for someone having more than 40 years a driver license and 1 mio miles ),I had no full cover and keys were not included in the cover as they said. In fact the key was scrap quality . There was no spare key and they gave another car ,but i had to sign (i signed under protest) again for fuel (redelivery empty tank).Checking the replacement car (as well an old piece of scrap) the engine (red) alarm light was blinking , so we refused to take it but had signed for it , the third car than was ok , but we had to sign again ,so i will be very interested what they now charge us . I signed all under protest and included with my signature that we only will pay for 1 fuel charge. Never again with this cr...s
