To start off, after arriving around 12 PM, I had to wait for more than TWO hours before I got the car-keys. Only 2 employees and more than 50 customers waiting. Embarrassing!!
I booked fuel full-full policy, nevertheless the car was only 75% full.
When I finally picked up the car at the car park (after 2 oclock in the night), I had to check the car in a dark garage without any employee to assist.
On my rental contract there were 2 damages marked which I actually saw.
At drop-off I got charged for 2 (other) damages which I did not cause. One of them on the rear bumper. When I told the employee that that was the old damage I saw earlier and which was also marked on the contract, he just told me that the damage on the contract was a different one. There was simply no conversation possible with this very rude and impolite employee. The other damage he found was also on the rear bumper, but on the bottom, almost under the car. I don't know how I should have discovered this one without laying on the ground with a torch. Remarkable that the employee knew exactly where to look!! Its just not right and very nauseating.
The cost for all this complete nonsense: E 450,--
I wonder how this guy can sleep at night, knowing that he rips off customers deliberately.
