I rented a car with Drivalia in August together with my boyfriend and paid a deposit of €400. It’s now December, and they still haven’t refunded it. Despite calling them every week to resolve the issue, we’ve had no success. I strongly recommend avoiding this company for car rentals due to their lack of reliability and poor customer service.
