Least Customer Friendly Experience in years

Travel quite frequently and am a happy customer in 99 out of 100 experiences.
First time renting a car with Enterprise and this is the one which is by far the most annoying one. The staff at Schiphol is quite stubborn, unfriendly and rigidly just repeating what they think is in their confirmation.
The lady and station manager on duty just parroting all sorts of commercial web texts like they're robots.
