worst car rental service I've seen so far

I rented a car in Athens, thru carrental.com. I was provided by Firefly. They didn't have a desk in the airport but at the parking lot. There a extremely rude guy was fighting over some papers with the customer before me. It seemed we had to print out a voucher, and he couldn't help us if we didn't have it. Since we both didn't have it, he reluctantly helped us. I got a car, but not from Firefly. The sub rented it at Hertz. There was no way I could get a second driver registered and the baby seat they gave me, was not for a 0-1 year old (as I requested on the internetform) but for a much older kid. A day later, when I picked up my brother and his baby, it couldn't be fixed because Fire Fly has only one counter, in Athens, and I was in Kalamata by then.
The fuel in the car I got was empty, but that was company policy the guy told me. I just had find a way to get it back empty.. End of discussion. They made some marks on the form to suggest where the car had damage, but it had nothing to do with the actual damage (this was on the front, not the back), so I went back and had that changed.
When I returned the car a week later, no one was willing to refund me for the wrong baby seat. In stead they said I should have reported it immediately. Try that, with a crying baby on your arm after a 4 hour flight..
So I would highly unrecommend this bunch of rude cowboys, and get your car somewhere else, even for a higher price.

rude and bad service, no digital infrastructure, no sense of responsibility, and they don't actually own cars, but sub rent it all.
