Horrible experience, rude staff, bad car

Bad experience. Rented a car via Car del Mar at the island of Corfu. When we arrived, had to call 3x times for shuttle pick up (waited for over an hour with my family), and it was nearly around the corner. The car they gave us, was badly damaged, it looked like some guys joyrided and crashed several times. When we returned, the reservation on our creditcard, should the released in max 1 day. It's 14 days further now, and my credit card is still blocked. What a terrible company. Stay far away from this shit.
