Goldcar charged extra cost for creditcard holder being the driver, your people are not interested in the wishes of the client. This is stated after you have booked. They forced me to buy extra insurances whilst i already had full insurance coverage, company employees refused to check the car for damages before receivinn the car. The car was dirty, had many damages. I received no paperwork, only a portuguese scriblet that i could not read. If i did not sign it because i could not read it, i could not get a car. What was a 80 euro rent for a week ended up costing me 500 euro. This is pure fraud. I reported many complaints at different institutions. I will never do business again, and i will tell people what your company is about! Moreover the employees said that i had damages on my behalf of the car, without checking beforehand. How bizar is that? Never rent with this company!!!!
