This company is a joke. AVOID!

This company is a joke. AVOID!

Please do not use this company. I had my experiences at the Memmingen office in Germany

1. Someone would pick us up after my plane landed --> no one there and I received a call 2 hours later than I sent my message I arrived
2. As no one was at the pick up I had to go to the office as I already paid the rent --> No one there neither and there were even other people who were already waiting for 3 hours and others who just did NOT wait and booked another car with another company for much more money because they needed to go. Result for me was I received my car 2 hours later than agreed upon.
3. The car seemed fine but after about 20 kilometers drive the brakes were making lots of noises because they were braking metal on metal so car had not been checked properly or this might be bad luck
4. after 20 km trying to switch the car but this was impossible because the numbers given were not reachable (message full mailbox and was not answered). Contact with the Munich office informed us it was impossible to switch the car and would call us day after
5. Day after no call from Munich nor was Memmingen office reachable again so we drove with the UNSAFE car to Memmingen during office hours
6. Again no one reachable on the numbers given and no one at the office in Memmingen. On a hand written note at the office I was advised to call a number in Spain. So again no switch possible. The nr in Spain I called but no connection and voicemail as well
7. Returning the car and mentioned all the experiences the person at counter told me to send a mail to [email protected] but this mail seemed incorrect
8. after finding the right mailaddress to hand in my claim and giving Green motion the chance to make this all up I received a mail where Green motion turned the mistakes all in my way while giving their Sorry.

Please make sure you do not use this company. For me this has been the first and last time.
