Do NOT use them. Despite paying for the full insurance the local agency (Alamo) wanted a deposit of EUR21,475 (yes not a typo, 21k). Like most people I can’t cover the full value of a car on my credit card and so I had to pay for full insurance at the local agency (Alamo) which cost more then the rental price to begin with.

I contacted HolidayCars and they didn’t care and just blamed the local supplier.

I repeat don’t use Holiday cars or double the price in your head to account for the fact that the local providers will extort full insurance from you again.
