CHEATERS and THIEFS!!!
The worst ever. Very friendly at the desk to finalise the contract where they charge you a gasoline deposit that we never got refunded (we brought the car back fully tanked though). Never got an answer on the many emails we have sent. Now, all of the sudden they say that it was a deposit to cross the Gibraltar?! They asked where we were heading and specified we will stay in Malaga, Sevilla and back. Tell me, if I paid to cross the boarder, which I didn't cross, where is the deposit of the gasoline.
I am not the only case. The same thing happend to my mom a few months the later. ..
She even has never left Malaga!!!
If my mom and I are a victim for sure there are more people getting scamed!
I won't stop till I received the money were I have right on!
