Watch out for interrent!!! Ibiza!!!!!

When I delivered the car back in Ibiza the interrent employee told me that the lock was not working. I was suprised so I asked the key back to try it myself. The lock was working perfectly but he refused change the form. I asked for the manager. Another employee came...did not even try the lock!!! And told me that I had to pay for the lock....cost € 258,-!!!
Because this was purely scam I called the police. They also saw that the lock was working perfectly. The police was very helpfull and told him to stop this discussion because there was no damage. But interrent refused to change the form. They withdraw the money of my creditcard. What a scam and a bad service!!!!!! Be carefull!!!!

If you explain this to your creditcard agency they will sure start an investigation and refund you the money. Don;t settle for less
