slechte ervaring met autohuur bij Interrent

When I arrived at the desk from Interrent at Alicante Airport , the staff member “obligated” my to take an insurance, what I did not want. With my creditcard it was not possible to pay the deposit. Then I called my creditcard company at the desk and they told me that it should not be a problem. But still it was for Interrent. I rent a car for years at the airport of Alicante with my creditcard and I've never had problems with it. Only at Interrent.
Becaue of the problems, another staff member, called Viktoria, went further with helping me. I have to say unfortunately . I have really never been helped so rude and impolite by a desk officer.
She didn't listen and she was very brutally.
So don’t go for Interrent but choose another company if you need a car rental in Spain.
