For those who are interested:

We rented a car in pisa for 3 days @LOCAUTO RENT A CAR

When we brought the car back they charged us 185eur for damage (it appeared to be a scratch on the tyre-not caused by us).

After 4 months they charged again an amount of 48eur.

I pressed charges @ the credit card copany and they refunded us:

The charge of 185eur was not justified... THEY ARE REALLY FRAUDS

The carge of 48eur was justified. It was a fine.

So my advice: don t give up and NEVER RENT A CAR from LOCAUTO!!

If you check the internet, you will that it s not just 1 case. They do it all the time!!!
