In de zestiger jaren begon Niza Cars met een wagenpark van 15 auto\'s en een kantoor in Torremolinos. Sindsdien is Niza Cars uitgegroeid tot het toonaangevende Andalusische autoverhuurbedrijf met 6 kantoren op de belangrijkste luchthavens van Andalusië met een wagenpark van 2500 voertuigen.
Deze uitbreiding is te danken aan het vertrouwen dat onze klanten in Niza Cars hebben gesteld, de geboden persoonlijke service en de gerealiseerde technologische investering die door de aanpassing aan de markt werd vereist.

When picking up the car the staff was very rude and clearly indicated that they were not happy that we had booked the insurance through CarDelMar. They threatened us that for every "1 mm scratch" we would have to pay a lot and that we have "a problem" because we booked through CarDelMar. At pick up Niza Car sends you an email with photo's of the all the damages (a number of MBs over your 3G connection abroad!). They let us wait for 45 minutes before sending the email. They mentioned that we had to wait extra long", because we booked through CarDelMar. After receiving the email you have to inspect the car yourself to ensure that all damages are on the record. If you see any additional damage you need to take a picture of it yourself, as proof when you hand in the car. This is an almost impossible task as it is dark in the garage (we picked up the car at 22:00)...taking detailed pictures on a shiny car with flash light doesn't work very well!
At return you have to wait for ages (1.5 - 2 hours). The same staff that is dealing with people picking up cars are also dealing with the returns. They first wash you car, before inspecting it thoroughly on damages (which normal car rental company does that???). The guy from Niza Car told me he had found 3 scratches that I had to pay for. Fortunately, I could prove that these scratches were already there at pickup through the photo's that I had received from Niza Car themselves! My friend was charged 750 euro for a scratch that was already there at pickup. The photos he received from Niza Car were blurry. Therefore, Niza Car did not believe the scratch was there already. Unbelievable!
Niza Cars is not a car rental company, they are criminals with the sole purpose to rip you off.
