As far as I'm concerned, they're a bunch of thiefs. A had a full-full contract, so I filled it up and asked the lady to whom I returned the car whether it had a full tank according to her. Yes.
But when I checked my credit card, they had deducted soms €15. I spend a lot of emails to get them to refund the remainder. Every time they have som excuse not to do it. If turn this trick on every full-full customer, they're making a lot of money at their customers expense. Better choose Sunny Cars, never had any hassle.
