I have booked a car in Tromso, Norway through Rentalcars.com and car company was www.hertz.no . I booked with full protection. But when I contacted the hertz counter at the Tromso airport. They wanted to sale me full Insurance Insurance. When I told them that I have already "full protection" insuarance than why should I take this offer again. The hertz personal told me that I have done Insurance with Rentalcars and not with them. If any thing will happen. Firstly I have to pay the complete amount to hertz and after I will have to claim with Rentalcars. I was shocked to hear that. The comapny rentalscars didn't inform about this before.
Later during the trip, I called 24/7 emergency line of Hertz for some help. After a great difficulty and waiting they promised me to come on next day at 9 am. Next day I waited till 11 am, but nobody came and even called me. I arranged something locally. Now its almost 14 days further but till now no one had contact me.
Unfortunately I left some things in car. The next I called the Tromso airport hertz office. They promised me to call back. After that I had called them again and sent a mail. But 6 days further no one has called me.
