Worst company ever - FRAUD - DO not take the risk or you will PAY IT
IT does not deserve the 1 star... DO NOT BOOK with them, they are going to abuse the agreement and charge you for non existing damage.
Sneaky fraudulent company who confirmed to you on spot that all is fine and 2 weeks later send you a bill for a damage you are not responsible for or maybe the damage is not even existing... But this is not the worst, you cannot contest and you do not have any way to contact them... When you call, they hang up, when you write emails they do not reply.
DO NOT take the risk, they are absolutely outrageous, this is the biggest fraud I experienced
DO NOT do it, it will cost you way more then you think!

Same experience here. Fortunaltely, I had taken pictures of the damage when I picked up the car. Since the moment I shared these with them in their claim form, no further communication occured - no feedback, no excuses.
