I rented a car in May 2019 Madeira Funchal via Thomas cook Belgium and Sixt BNL. Order confirmation came from Sixt Portugal. The car was an automatic one (that I did not ordered). After a few orders driving, I had a bad feeling with the gearing and returned the car. Sixt replaced the car as it was important for them that I trusted the car. 3 months later they sent me an invoice of 2000Â for damages on the gearing and deducted that amount from my account as they have my credit card information. This is a "fraud" practice.
I sent multi mails by they continue saying that I caused the damage. We are now November and nothing is solved!
Sixt is a company using unfair practices. Unbelievable that people wants to work for such company unless they maybe have the same mentality. I claimed this to the European commission for the consumer in Brussels ( ECC) . I hope that they can help me.

kunt u mij vertelen wat geburt met u klacht er over sixt en hebt u hulp gehad van ECC,
