This is stupid and the customer care sucks.
No value for customer and no value for their time. No respect for customer booking.
I booked vehicle more than 10 days earlier to move my house.
Now i cant do and my whole weekend and my moving plan is ruined because there is no vehicle. I booked for morning 7.30 and its 2.30 and no vehicle.
Try reaching Customer care is almost to impossible.
