Beware!
Review over SunnyCarsWe got scammed by sunnycars. We booked a car from Europcar through them, payed it and got the confirmation and the voucher. When we arrived to the airport at 11 pm Europcar told us our booking was cancelled and we didn't had a car. We didn't receive any cancellation mail from sunnycars. After hours on the phone with them they refused to take responsibility for this and try to find a solution to the problem. We were in Melbourne airport at midnight without a car and they wouldn't help us. Didn't got a response for my complaint yet, no refund, no compensation. Still waiting. This is unacceptable.
