Upon receiving the car I asked one of your colleagues if it was possible to return the car 2 hours later then booked. Which she replied that this wouldn’t be a problem.
When returning the car, the office employee said we were too late and we had to pay for an extra day (150,00 euros) and an additional fine (40,00 euros).
I told the office employee that we had asked one of her colleagues if it was a problem to return the car on 12:00 instead of 10:00. Which the office employee replied that the costs of the additional day and the fine would be charged from my credit card and there was no exception made.
I paid 400.46 euros for the entire tip which is 40,46 euros a day. I even wanted to comprise and pay 40.46 euro, but she insisted that I had to pay the 150.00 euros and the fine.
Because we needed to catch our plane, we stopped the conversation and there was no final conclusion and we are extremely dissapointed in the service of RecordGo...
