Fraude and not returning depos
Review over Record Go Rent a CarI had a brand new visa card and after using it with record go in las palmas. My credit card was used to take money of my account luckily the credit card company saw it directly as fraud and blocked the card. Im 100% sure it was the company that copied my details and try to use it as fraud. As i didnt use the new credit card anywhere else. Offcourse they claimed that it was not used by them. Secondly fuel deposit was promised back and on the phone they say it should have been given back and that i have to mail customer service but they are not replying back!
