Even though they were not the cheapest i opted for a change once ,(i fly in on a regular base ),what a mistake ...Girl processed paperwork quite quickly and did not ask me to many questions ,normally they take a deposit 500 or 700 of my credit card for which i must sign on the credit card reader ,in this case not ,i asked : you do not need deposit? ,as i NEVER take extra insurance ,and she replied "" i already did that ""ok ,i thought they must have another system ,signed the contract and left the counter .
STUPID me!!! i did not check the contract i signed at the counter ,only found out when i received my credit card invoice ... she added insurance for 55 without asking me anything or advising me ..very bad way of doing business i think, never again Firefly (part of company Hertz) for me .
Back to my old car rental company who always ask what i want or do not want without adding something without asking ..
And yes another lesson learned trust no one ....
