We booked a car via internet, quick, cheep, and easy, BUT, when we arrived at Ibiza Airport we had to wait for a shuttle bus, it could only take 6 people, so our friends and we, were split. After 20 min. we finally arrived on the car rental spot. We waited there in line for 2 HOURS (with 2 kids age 3), with very unfriendly staff, we had to pay a deposit off 600! which is absolutely ridiculous!! We got a totally different car and we had to put the child chair in ourselves, no one to help us out.
After returning it, suddenly there were a lot of staff checking our car. and of course, we had a tiny lithe scratch on the back, we had to pay 90.
After all, i will never book again and never recommend DoYouSpain.com/Car Rental Ibiza.
