Review over Firefly Car RentalWhen returning the car I in Bari was confronted by a large iron gate and parked the car on the road outside. When I eventually got into the office I was barked at (!)that I was supposed to park inside the gate. Then the 2 men proceeded to help a customer (italian lady) who came in after me (2nd time). When questioned about why 2 people were helping 1 and I was ignored the reaction was very aggressive (have you got a problem) while standing up as if to fight!. The Boss apologized and offered me a drink but made excuses that it was warm and busy. well if you cant stand the heat get out of the kitchen!
