Hypocrisy and customer unfriendliness
Review over Holiday CarsI strongly dissuade everybody from booking with HolidayAutos and TopCar Autoreisen. I made the prepaid booking ES707786450 through HolidayAutos but TopCar Autoreisen did not provide the car at first and I lost much of the precious time (I only had 2.5 days of vacation) and money before I was able to get a car. Only after I started publishing this info HolidayAutos revealed the initial fault had come from TopCar Autoreisen but none of the companies provides a reasonable compensation. They are very customer-unfriendly and do not want to admit their liability for the damage they made.
