Goldcar niet doen personeel onbetrouwbaar en erg onaardig
Review over GoldcarCheckin staff is rude and inefficient
The guy at the checkin desk started nice. After not accepting his offer for extra insurance he became rude and appalling and even treatening. We already bought in Holland a total insurance.
Seem to intent on selling CDW additional insurance, presumably for commission. If, like me, you refuse to buy it they debit 1538 euros from your credit card until the car is returned. (wich i still have to get back)
If the guy was working for my compagny i would fire him immediately.
They are total charlatans and this combined with rude staff means they should be avoided at all costs.
The car itself was not clean, damaged, no antenna, dirty stains, no water for the wiphers in the car. No bluecard in the car.
The staff were you can pick up the car and leave it at the end was friendly.
