We rented a car for our vacation in Gran Canaria. When we received our voucher, it said the wrong pick-up time. We tried to call and e-mail various times, but we weren't able to reach them. After a few days, we tried another phone number, which was also named on the voucher. The guy who picked up adjusted our pick-up time and assured us it wasn't going to be a problem. When we arrived at the airport, it turned out our pick-up time was never adjusted, so they cancelled our reservation. We called them at the airport about what happened, they told us there was nothing they could do and that it was impossible to get a refund. So, we didn't have a car, we lost our money and they refused to help in any way. The only they gave us was an email adress where I could file my complaint, which I did multiple times, but never heard back from. Never have I been mistreated like this by a company and I will never book with them again.
