It charges money twice
Review over RentalCarsI booked a car, then clicked change booking. I only wanted to change the location. Neither the rental company nor the time has changed. The app warned that the difference in cost would be € 0.46. After the confirmation, it turned out that the application charged me again as a new lease. The App didn't change previous car booking . It just made a cancellation of the old reservation where your money is withdrawn as a penalty for cancellation and made a new reservation where your money is withdrawn again. The system does not issue any preliminary notifications or warnings. The support team can't help either. Be careful using Rentalcar.com services.
