Goldcar - overcharging - slechte service

I have booked my rental car via booking.com / rental cars and paid the charges for the hire and full package of insurances. At arrival in Mallorca I had to pay a deposit (as was told to me) of € 218,76 which would be returned after returning the car without damage and a full tank. So I returned the car with a full tank, refilled again at the gas station close to the airport, clean and without damage. However, only € 113 was returned on my credit card account without any explanation. So returned according the guidelines & without damage and still no refund of the deposit. I reported an incident on their webpage but no response. I called Goldcar in Spain but the call center representative could not help.
Hopefuly my credit card company can help.
