I have booked a car through rentalcars with full protection Insurance. But Hertz Tromso tried to sale me complete Insurance again and told me that i have arranged the Insurance with rentalcars not with them. So, if something happens I will have to pay complete amount to Hertz and after that I have to claim with Rentalcars. that is very strange.
During my rental period I called the Hertz 24/7 emgency line for some help. With great difficulty and long waiting they promised to come on next day at 9 am. I waited till 11 am but no one came and not even called.
Unfortunately I forgot some things in the car. I called them and they promissed to call me back. I have called twice and sent a mail but till now after one week no one has called.
